Crime rate has decreased during our tenure: AP Home Minister Anitha

Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha stated that the crime rate in Andhra Pradesh has declined by 6 percent under the coalition government compared to the previous YSRCP regime. Speaking while presenting the Home Department budget demand in the Assembly, she said the government is taking firm and focused steps to control cyber crimes and strengthen law and order across the state.

The minister also issued a stern warning, saying the government will not remain silent if YSRCP activists indulge in provocative behavior. She made it clear that strict action will be taken against anyone attempting to disturb peace and public order.
