The Telangana Rising Global Summit is set to be held at Bharat Future City on December 8 and 9, with the state government inviting national and international dignitaries. Chief Minister E. Revanth Reddy will personally extend invitations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, opposition leader Rahul Gandhi, and AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge. In addition, central ministers, chief ministers from all states, industrialists, economists, sportspersons, media personalities, and diplomats will be invited to attend. A special invitation committee, headed by the government’s special principal secretary Sabyasachi Ghosh, has been formed to manage the invitations, ensure attendees’ arrangements, and oversee coordination among departments. The committee will also set up a dedicated website for the summit, and Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will monitor the progress through a dashboard.
As part of the summit preparations, the Telangana Rising-2047 policy document is being meticulously reviewed. Ministers and officials across departments are required to study the vision document thoroughly and submit reports by December 2. Between December 3 and 4, the reports will be analyzed by the Chief Secretary, Special Chief Secretary, and other senior officials for necessary revisions. The finalized Telangana Rising Vision 2047 document is expected to be ready by the evening of December 6. All departments are expected to dedicate full attention to the document’s preparation and ensure proper coordination in the global summit arrangements.
