Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor has declared assets worth ₹96.06 crore in the election affidavit filed for the Bankipur Assembly bypoll in Bihar. According to the affidavit, he owns movable assets worth ₹22.19 crore and immovable assets valued at ₹73.87 crore. He also disclosed that he has only ₹65,570 in cash.
The affidavit also mentions details related to a company that donated ₹85 crore to the Jan Suraaj party. The disclosure of his assets and financial information, made in accordance with election rules, has drawn significant political attention. With the Bankipur bypoll approaching, the affidavit has become a major talking point in Bihar's political landscape.
