Actor Prakash Raj once again criticized the BJP over alleged political double standards. Sharing an old video clip on social media, he questioned the party’s changing stance on corruption allegations linked to West Bengal politics. The clip featured earlier remarks made by Union Home Minister Amit Shah against Trinamool Congress leaders in connection with the Narada bribery case.
The video also referred to allegations involving Suvendu Adhikari, who later left the Trinamool Congress and joined the BJP before becoming one of its prominent leaders in West Bengal. Political observers say Prakash Raj’s comments are being viewed as a criticism of the BJP’s earlier attacks on Suvendu before later accepting him into the party leadership.
