Proceedings in both Houses of Parliament the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha were adjourned until tomorrow following repeated protests by Opposition members. The disruption centered on the NEET paper leak issue, with Opposition MPs demanding accountability and raising slogans inside the House, preventing normal business from continuing.
The Central Government stated that it is prepared to hold a discussion on the NEET paper leak. However, the Congress and other Opposition parties insisted that Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan must resign before any debate takes place. The deadlock over the demand for his resignation has led to continued disruption of parliamentary proceedings.
