Udhayanidhi Stalin launched a sharp attack on the TVK government, stating that it has failed to gain public acceptance. He claimed that nearly 65 percent of voters rejected Vijay, and around 3.1 crore people voted against TVK. He further asserted that the party lacks the strength to form a government on its own and depends on support from parties aligned with the DMK alliance.
Udhayanidhi also criticized Vijay for contesting from two constituencies, alleging it reflected a lack of confidence. He urged people not to forget that several parties within the DMK alliance are backing TVK, indirectly questioning its independent political standing. His remarks have sparked fresh political debate in Tamil Nadu, with leaders from both sides reacting strongly.
