Objections Raised Over EC Software Changes.. Another Plea Against Gyanesh Kumar

Objections have reportedly been raised over changes made to software related to Election Commission guidelines. The petition allegedly claims that modifications were made to Form-6 and also refers to differences of opinion within the Election Commission on several occasions regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).

The petition has reportedly sought an examination of whether then Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar personally exercised his powers in the matter. Another petition has also been filed seeking criminal action against Gyanesh Kumar. The concerned authorities are yet to respond to the allegations and requests made in the petitions.
