

Kaushik Reddy has been issued a notice by the CID under Section 35(3) of BNSS in connection with a case registered at Huzurabad Police Station (Case No. 30/2026). The incident reportedly took place during the Sammakka Saralamma Jatara, where he is accused of sitting on the road and causing traffic disruption. Authorities also stated that his actions led to inconvenience for the public.
The notice further mentions allegations of obstructing police duties and making inappropriate comments against police officials. It is also stated that his behavior disturbed public order and law and order conditions. Videos related to the incident have gone viral on social media, drawing public attention to the matter.
CID has directed him to appear for inquiry on April 4 at 11:30 AM, along with valid identification and relevant documents. He has been asked to cooperate with the investigation and not to tamper with any evidence. Officials warned that strict legal action may be taken if he fails to respond to the notice.
