BRS Working President KTR held a review meeting with the SIR monitoring committee at his Nandinagar residence, assessing the progress and ground-level challenges of the ongoing program. The committee, led by MLC L Ramana, briefed him on statewide developments. KTR emphasized that due to incomplete voter data, many individuals have been placed under the notice category, and party cadres must guide them to ensure eligible voters are not removed from the electoral rolls.
He further stressed that while no eligible voter should be excluded, duplicate or ineligible entries must also be eliminated. KTR instructed party leaders to actively engage in the process until August 3 and prepare for detailed scrutiny after the draft voter list is released on August 10. He called for strong coordination from constituency to booth level, urging leaders to treat the program as a mission and ensure accurate voter registration without discrepancies.
