No Negligence in Voter List Revision: Meenakshi

AICC Telangana in-charge Meenakshi Natarajan has issued a stern warning to Congress MPs and MLAs, stating that negligence in the Special Summary Revision (SSR) of electoral rolls will not be tolerated. During one-on-one meetings held at the MLA Quarters in Hyderabad, she reviewed the implementation of the programme and gathered ground-level feedback. She questioned leaders for focusing only on personal promotion on social media while failing to highlight government schemes and party initiatives.

Sources said she raised pointed questions based on constituency-wise performance data. She specifically asked MP Kadiyam Kavya about the slow progress in Warangal East, to which the MP responded that she has been actively touring and coordinating with local leaders. Meenakshi also enquired about internal party issues and grassroots conditions. Leaders were directed to effectively counter opposition allegations through social media and strengthen outreach efforts.
