The political graph of Nara Lokesh, TDP’s national general secretary, appears to be rising steadily not just in Andhra Pradesh but at the national level as well. During his recent visit to Bihar for the assembly election campaign, national media reportedly waited for his appearance something that usually happens only for leaders with significant influence. This has sparked discussions about his growing national image.
Several senior BJP leaders in Bihar were keen to meet Lokesh, and some even invited him to their homes. However, due to his tight schedule, he couldn’t visit personally, but met them at party offices where they took selfies together. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s political analysis team, which tracks key developments across India, has reportedly compiled a report on Lokesh’s speeches and interactions with the media during his Bihar tour. Sources suggest that this report will be submitted to the Prime Minister’s Office soon.
Interestingly, the PMO’s Political Affairs Committee has also collected newspaper clippings featuring Lokesh’s coverage in national media something that usually happens only for leaders who make a notable national impact. With these developments, Nara Lokesh’s rise on the national stage appears to be accelerating. Within the state, he is already seen as a disciplined and dynamic leader, and now he’s increasingly becoming an inspirational youth icon at the national level.
