Modi's Key Speech in Australia

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Indian diaspora in Melbourne during his visit to Australia, highlighting India's growing global stature in defence and technology. Referring to Operation Sindoor, he said it demonstrated India's indigenous defence capabilities and military strength. He stated that the world witnessed India's decisive response following the Pahalgam terror attack and recognised the country's firm resolve against terrorism.

Modi said India is steadily progressing towards becoming a developed nation and remains the world's fastest-growing major economy. He expressed confidence that India will soon become one of the world's top three economies. The Prime Minister also highlighted India's position as the world's second-largest 5G market and said the country is rapidly advancing its indigenous 6G technology.
