Prime Minister Narendra Modi is reportedly preparing for a major reshuffle of the Union Cabinet as the NDA government completes two years in office. According to political sources, ministers with unsatisfactory performance may be dropped, while several new faces could be inducted into the cabinet. Discussions are also underway regarding changes in key portfolios and responsibilities.
Speculation is growing that leaders from Telangana may receive ministerial opportunities during the reshuffle. Names like Dr. Laxman and Etela Rajender are being discussed for possible ministerial roles, while reports also suggest that Kishan Reddy’s portfolio could be changed. There are also rumours that MP Raghav Chadha may be rewarded with a cabinet position for his political role in Rajya Sabha developments, and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla could also be moved into the Union Cabinet.
