Raja Singh, a BJP MLA, made sharp remarks targeting Telangana BJP leaders. Criticizing what he called the “Nampally batch,” he compared them to people attending others’ weddings instead of focusing on strengthening the party locally. He questioned how long leaders would continue to weaken the Bharatiya Janata Party in Telangana, despite its victories in states like Assam, Puducherry, and Bengal. He also pointed out that celebrating wins elsewhere without achieving success in Telangana is unproductive.
Raja Singh further urged leaders to take responsibility and work towards bringing the party to power in Telangana. He suggested that giving a free hand to Ramchander Rao could help the party gain strength in the state. Calling on leaders to set aside ego clashes, he emphasized learning from the dedication of party workers seen in Bengal’s victory. His comments have now sparked significant discussion in Telangana’s political circles.
