Minister Surekha Lodges Complaint Against Kadiyam Srihari

Endowments Minister Konda Surekha has raised serious objections against Station Ghanpur MLA Kadiyam Srihari for allegedly conducting a review meeting with department officials without her knowledge. Terming it a violation of the Rules of Business, she wrote to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy seeking action and made the letter public. She stressed that all administrative decisions, policy matters, and official reviews of the Endowments Department fall strictly under the minister’s authority.

Surekha noted that the MLA reviewed issues such as temple development, fund allocation, master plans, land protection, and removal of encroachments. She warned that bypassing the minister in official reviews could set a wrong precedent in governance. Calling for a detailed probe, she urged that explanations be sought and disciplinary action initiated to prevent such incidents in the future.
