The Telugu Desam Party’s annual flagship event Mahanadu is set to be conducted in a completely new format this year, with party chief Chandrababu Naidu reportedly deciding to host it online. The move is said to be part of broader fuel-saving measures and changing global conditions.

While the event was initially planned in Nellore with large-scale physical participation, the revised plan limits direct attendance to Politburo members at NTR Bhavan in Mangalagiri. The rest of the celebrations will be broadcast live to cadres across Andhra Pradesh through digital screens.
