

BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR), along with a party delegation, met Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy in New Delhi and urged the Centre to revive the Adilabad Cement Corporation of India (CCI) unit. Speaking to the media before the meeting, KTR said he would appear before the court on July 31 in connection with the Formula E race case and expressed confidence that he would secure legal relief through due process.
KTR also made several political remarks, stating that he has full faith in the judiciary and announcing plans to undertake a statewide padayatra next year. He reiterated that K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) would be the next Chief Minister of Telangana and criticised both the Congress and the BJP over various political issues, including delimitation, governance, and public opinion surveys. He also dismissed allegations in the phone tapping case, claiming there was no evidence to support the accusations.
