

Pawan Kalyan, Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and Founder-President of the Jana Sena Party, visited the Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy Temple in Jagtial district. On this occasion, he took part in special prayers and offered worship to the deity.
With the objective of providing better facilities for devotees, Pawan Kalyan performed the bhoomi pooja for upcoming accommodation projects in the temple. At an estimated cost of ₹35.19 crore, a 96-room dharmashala along with a Deeksha Viramana Mandapam will be constructed. Once completed, this project is expected to offer improved rest and lodging facilities for devotees arriving from distant places.
Speaking after the bhoomi pooja, Pawan Kalyan stated that the number of devotees visiting the Kondagattu temple has been increasing steadily. Keeping their needs in mind, these development works have been initiated, he said. He added that the primary goal is not only temple development but also enhancing the overall experience and comfort of devotees.
