Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy strongly criticized Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy over comments related to Metro Rail funding and political allegations. He asserted that the Central Government has been providing funds for Metro Rail projects and challenged claims suggesting otherwise. Kishan Reddy stated that BJP leaders would be prepared to resign if the Centre failed to fulfill its commitments regarding Metro Rail development.
The Union Minister also questioned whether the state government would take responsibility for unfulfilled election promises. Responding to remarks allegedly made by Revanth Reddy, Kishan Reddy said he is a BJP worker and not affiliated with the BRS. He further remarked that no one born on this soil could intimidate or drive him away, underscoring his determination to continue serving the people and representing the BJP in Telangana.
