Former YSRCP MLA Kethireddy Venkatarami Reddy issued a strong warning to leaders attempting to rejoin the party after switching affiliations for political or personal gain. Addressing newly appointed leaders and representatives of affiliated wings during a meeting at the party office on Tuesday, he said individuals who earned benefits within the party and later joined rival parties to protect their interests would not be welcomed back. He asserted that personal relationships or influence would not help such leaders regain entry, adding that the party would not accept individuals lacking loyalty or credibility.
Kethireddy also recalled earlier party activities, stating that during the tenure of leader Varadapuram Suryanarayana, arrangements for party programs were often personally managed. He emphasized that he never faced such circumstances and credited party workers for supporting organizational events. Reaffirming his commitment, he assured full support to leaders and cadre who stood by the party during challenging times. YSRCP observer Satyanarayana Reddy, councillors Narayana Reddy and Sai Kumar, along with other local leaders, attended the meeting.
