AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal has strongly criticised the Enforcement Directorate over its recent raids connected to former Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. In a social media post, Kejriwal alleged that central investigative agencies were being misused to target opposition leaders and regional parties across the country.
The ED raids were conducted as part of a money laundering investigation involving financial transactions between CMRL and Exalogic Solutions, a company linked to Veena Vijayan, daughter of Pinarayi Vijayan. Kejriwal also questioned the timing of the action, claiming it followed complaints by Congress leaders regarding alleged delays in the investigation. The development triggered political reactions and protests in Kerala, reigniting debate over the role of central agencies in politically sensitive cases.
