BRS leader KCR once again showed his generosity by supporting the education of poor students. He extended full support to two underprivileged students from Erravelli village who lost their fathers in accidents. Naveen, son of poor farmer Chinraju Sattaiah who recently died in an electrical accident and Ajay, son of another poor farmer Pedolla Sailu who passed away in an accident a few years ago, are both pursuing BTech courses at a local engineering college.
KCR paid the full fees for their entire BTech courses. He also provided financial help for books and computers needed for their studies and handed over separate cheques to both students. Encouraging them, KCR said, “Study well and work hard. Do not worry about fees. I am here for you whenever you face any problem”.
KCR also instructed his personal secretary, Nagender Reddy, to ensure that Chinraju Sattaiah’s family receives all legal financial assistance from the electricity department. The mothers of the students expressed their heartfelt gratitude to KCR for recognizing their hardship, supporting them financially and caring about their children’s education and future. Poor students from Erravelli village also thanked KCR for standing by them as a strong support for their studies.
