TRS president Kalvakuntla Kavitha has launched a sharp attack on BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao (KTR). Questioning his public criticism of BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao’s decisions, Kavitha asked whether such remarks should not also be considered anti-party activity. She recalled that she was suspended from the BRS after criticising a party leader and questioned why similar action should not apply when KTR publicly questions the party leadership. She also alleged that KTR was trying to shift responsibility for the party’s failures onto KCR.
Kavitha also levelled allegations concerning farmhouses, permissions, alleged benefits to Andhra-based associates and alleged quid-pro-quo dealings during the BRS regime. Referring to remarks allegedly made during a recent BRS meeting involving a farmer and a woman, she questioned KTR’s conduct. She further alleged that social media influencers were approached during the Ganesh immersion celebrations and said she would speak only after verifying specific evidence. Kavitha concluded her statement with a direct warning to KTR, saying he should not pick a fight with her. These are Kavitha’s political allegations and statements, rather than independently established findings.
