Kavitha gets relief in Delhi High Court

Kalvakuntla Kavitha received relief from the Delhi High Court regarding her party registration issue. The court directed the Election Commission of India to take a prompt decision on the registration of her proposed party, Telangana Praja Jagruthi.

Earlier, the Election Commission had pointed out certain deficiencies in her application. However, Kavitha’s legal team informed the court that all the issues had been corrected and the application was resubmitted.

They clarified that all technical errors were addressed before filing the revised application. Following this, the Election Commission assured the court that it would review the matter and take a decision at the earliest.
