Internal differences within the Telangana Congress have surfaced once again after Munugode MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy made strong remarks against Chief Minister Revanth Reddy during a live television interview. He expressed dissatisfaction over the party leadership, stating that original Congress leaders are gradually being sidelined while newcomers dominate the party.
He also criticized the functioning of the government, alleging excessive “show off politics” and calling the Chief Minister’s unilateral style of working inappropriate. Rajagopal Reddy further expressed anger over not being informed about the Yadagirigutta temple trust board appointments, despite being a senior leader and local MLA. He said he skipped a recent public meeting in Nalgonda due to dissatisfaction with the decisions. His comments have created a political stir within Telangana Congress circles.
