Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy challenged critics of welfare guarantees, asking them to visit Telangana and see how these schemes are being successfully implemented. Speaking at the release of the UDF manifesto in Kochi during the Kerala election campaign, he said people can directly observe the government’s performance and track record. He also invited Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and his ministers to visit Telangana to understand how the guarantees are being executed.
Revanth Reddy stated that the current government in Kerala has completed its term and expressed confidence that a new phase under the UDF will begin. He said that just like the political change seen in Telangana in 2023, a similar shift will happen in Kerala as well.
The Chief Minister also strongly criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan, comparing their leadership styles. He alleged similarities between Pinarayi Vijayan and former Telangana CM KCR in terms of family rule, corruption and poor governance. He expressed hope that the people of Kerala will vote for change and bring the UDF to power.
