Hyderabad: Case Registered Over Fake Form-7 Documents

A case has been registered in Hyderabad in connection with allegedly fake Form-7 documents. Police at the Chikkadpally Police Station booked BJP Booth Level Agent (BLA) Balachander based on a complaint filed by Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) Praveen. The case was registered after obtaining legal opinion, according to the available information.

Officials have reportedly identified an alleged attempt by Balachander to use fake Form-7 documents to seek the deletion of votes belonging to around 30 voters. Police have begun an investigation into the matter and are examining whether there were irregularities in the submission of documents seeking deletion of the voters’ names.
