

Former minister Harish Rao was taken into custody by police and shifted to the Subedari Police Station. Several key BRS leaders from Warangal district were also reportedly detained along with him. Following news of the arrests, a large number of BRS leaders and workers from the erstwhile Warangal district gathered at the police station, leading to a tense situation in the area.
BRS cadres staged a protest outside the police station, raising slogans against the police action and the Congress government. They demanded the immediate release of Harish Rao and the other detained leaders, alleging that the arrests were illegal. The protesters continued their demonstration and raised slogans against the Chief Minister, while the BRS demanded the immediate release of all its leaders.
