B K Hariprasad, a senior leader from Indian National Congress in Karnataka, on Wednesday alleged that Ram Madhav held four “secret” meetings with Pakistani officials. He further stated that Madhav has been assigned a key role by the Bharatiya Janata Party for the upcoming Greater Bengaluru Authority civic polls, raising questions over his alleged engagements.
Responding to the allegations, Ram Madhav firmly denied the claims, stating that he did not participate in any Track-2 dialogue or unofficial discussions with Pakistan. The remarks have sparked a political controversy, with both parties exchanging sharp reactions ahead of the civic elections in Bengaluru.
