Government Moves to Cancel Bail; Possibility of Jogi Ramesh’s Arrest

Police are registering a series of cases against Jogi Ramesh over his remarks and actions. Cases have already been booked against him in Ibrahimpatnam, Tiruvuru and Chittoor districts. According to the police, his statements in various places are believed to have the potential to disturb public peace and law and order.

Meanwhile, it is well known that Jogi Ramesh is currently out on conditional bail in a case related to the manufacture of spurious liquor. Officials are of the view that recent developments indicate a possible violation of the bail conditions imposed by the court. In light of the multiple cases being registered and the latest incidents, the government is preparing to approach the court seeking cancellation of the bail granted to him.

Officials are actively working on filing a petition for bail cancellation. Police sources have indicated that there is a possibility of Jogi Ramesh being arrested in connection with the newly registered cases. Taking the overall situation into account, the government is examining all necessary legal measures to be taken in accordance with the law.
