ED Summons YSRCP MP Avinash Reddy in Vivekananda Reddy Murder-Linked Money Trail Case

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned YSRCP Kadapa MP Y.S. Avinash Reddy to appear for questioning on October 14 in connection with its money-laundering investigation linked to the 2019 murder of former minister Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy. The ED is examining the alleged financial trail associated with the case. The Times of India

The summons follows the questioning of several accused and other individuals in the case. ED officials have already examined Shaik Dastagiri, who later turned approver, along with Yadati Sunil Yadav and Yerra Gangi Reddy. The agency is examining financial transactions and alleged payments linked to the murder as part of its investigation under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
