ED Questions YSRCP MP For Seven Hours

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) concluded its questioning of YSRCP MP Mithun Reddy in connection with the Andhra Pradesh liquor scam. The ED grilled him for nearly seven hours, during which officials reportedly gathered key inputs related to the case. However, Mithun Reddy clarified that he could not comment on certain issues due to existing court directions related to the ongoing investigation.

The ED suspects large-scale irregularities in liquor sales during the previous YSRCP government in Andhra Pradesh. Several political leaders and officials have already been questioned in this case. Recently, former MP Vijayasai Reddy was also subjected to a lengthy interrogation. Based on the statements recorded, the ED has intensified its probe, focusing on fund diversion, illegal transactions, and the role of key individuals in the alleged scam.
