Drug Allegations False: Venkatram Reddy

BRS MLC Venkatram Reddy has denied reports claiming that his son Bharat Reddy was arrested in a drug-related case. He clarified that the news circulating about his son’s arrest by Mangalhat police is completely baseless and untrue. He stated that the media reports are misleading and lack factual accuracy.

He explained that the police visited their residence earlier in the day as part of an inquiry into a drug-related case and requested cooperation. After conducting the investigation, the police confirmed that his son was not involved in drug consumption. The inquiry was reportedly based on information linked to a contact in a common friend’s phone list.
