

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has directed party MLAs and other public representatives not to make statements on the issue concerning Minister Konda Surekha. During a meeting with available public representatives at the Secretariat, the Chief Minister said the matter would be examined by the party’s disciplinary committee and that everyone must abide by its decision. He also made it clear that he would not comment on internal party matters or respond to speculative reports.
The Chief Minister also discussed the upcoming Assembly session and development priorities with the legislators. He said the Assembly sessions are scheduled to begin from the 7th of next month and directed representatives to accelerate pending land acquisition related to irrigation projects in their constituencies. Revanth Reddy said the government was ready to immediately sanction funds for land acquisition, rehabilitation and resettlement (R&R), and forest clearances. He urged every representative to focus on the development of their respective constituencies and ensure that ongoing projects move forward without unnecessary delays.
