Pawan Kalyan moves Delhi High Court, petitions to protect personal rights

The Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh has approached the Delhi High Court seeking protection of his personality rights. He requested the court to initiate action against social media platforms that misuse his photos and videos without consent.

Earlier, film stars Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna secured similar legal protection, and now Pawan Kalyan has also filed a petition seeking safeguards. Experts note that such issues are increasingly common, particularly in Bollywood, where unauthorized use of celebrity images has become more frequent.

With the rising influence of social media, many actors and public figures are turning to the courts to protect their rights and prevent online misuse.
