

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s meeting with Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has concluded. The meeting lasted for nearly two hours, during which the two leaders reportedly held detailed discussions on the political situation in the state and the strategy to be adopted for the upcoming local body elections. Strengthening coordination between the TDP and Jana Sena was also discussed.
The leaders are reportedly considering the formation of a committee to improve coordination between the TDP and Jana Sena during the local body polls. They are also understood to have agreed in principle to allow the alliance partner with a stronger presence in a particular area to contest from that seat or local body. The discussions focused on maintaining better coordination within the alliance ahead of the elections.
