

At the ongoing CII Summit in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh continues to attract major investments from multiple industrial sectors, and IT Minister Nara Lokesh has become a key figure behind this impressive momentum. Lokesh has been actively involved in closing major agreements and coordinating with companies that are setting up operations across the state. Because of his hands-on involvement, many leading corporate heads have openly appreciated his commitment to enabling faster and smoother business growth.
Senior union ministers, including Piyush Goyal, also acknowledged the rapid progress happening in Andhra Pradesh, praising both Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and IT Minister Lokesh for their energetic approach to boosting industrial expansion. Adani Group revealed that it has already invested ₹40,000 crore in Andhra Pradesh and is prepared to expand further, crediting Lokesh and his team for providing timely support and quick clearances.
Jasbeer S. Gujral, Managing Director of SYRMA SGS, expressed his satisfaction by stating that their company secured all approvals and documentation from the AP government within just 14 days a pace he described as unprecedented. He applauded Lokesh for creating an investor-friendly environment through proactive initiatives.
Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan was also visibly impressed with the summit’s results. He mentioned that the event is hosting high-value discussions, specialized sessions, and collaborative forums that will drive strong partnerships, new investments, advanced technologies and eventually create lakhs of jobs for the people of Andhra Pradesh.
