Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has issued a direct challenge to the BRS party, stating that if the government introduces meters for agricultural motors or stops free electricity to farmers, his party will not contest elections. He questioned whether BRS would withdraw if free electricity continues without meters.
Revanth Reddy also made several strong political comments, saying he knows whom Harish Rao is speaking with and challenged him to swear allegiance to KCR to prove loyalty. He alleged that BJP and BRS may contest elections together. The CM added that two cases have been handed over to the CBI based on preliminary evidence and demanded Kishan Reddy’s response. He further stated that he will remain in Telangana politics until 2034, claiming his leadership with Mahesh Kumar Goud is a successful combination and expressing confidence in winning the 2029 elections.
