CM Revanth Reddy Alerts Officials as IMD Issues Orange Warning

A. Revanth Reddy has directed officials to stay alert following the India Meteorological Department issuing an orange alert for several districts in Telangana. He instructed authorities to strengthen arrangements at grain procurement centres and accelerate the procurement of paddy to avoid losses due to expected heavy rains.

The Chief Minister also asked officials to ensure availability of tarpaulins to protect harvested grain in open yards and to shift supplies from already completed procurement centres. He further urged the public to remain cautious amid forecasts of strong winds and adverse weather conditions across the state.
