Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced that the NTR Bharosa Pensions for December are being distributed one day in advance, on December 31, 2025, instead of January 1, 2026, to mark the New Year celebrations. In a post on X (formerly Twitter), he extended New Year greetings to the lakhs of beneficiaries, emphasizing that the coalition government has arranged for doorstep delivery of the pension amounts to ensure convenience. He highlighted that Rs. 2,743 crores have been released to provide pensions to 63.12 lakh people across the state.
The CM noted that since the formation of the current government, over Rs. 50,000 crores have been spent on pensions, a scale unmatched anywhere in the country. He described the pension distribution program as a welfare initiative that provides financial security to the poor and brings immense satisfaction to the administration. Naidu concluded by wishing everyone a happy New Year, underscoring the government's commitment to timely and efficient social welfare schemes under the hashtags #NTRBharosaPension and #PensionsPandugaluInAP.
