

AP Government Launches Quantum Program to Promote Student Skills Development
The Andhra Pradesh government, in collaboration with Qubit and Visor, has launched a Quantum Program to enhance skills among students. Over 50,000 students have already registered for the program, with more than 51% being female tech students, highlighting significant participation. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu conducted a Quantum Talk with tech students and discussed the importance of quantum technology.
Andhra Pradesh as a Deep-Tech Hub
The Chief Minister noted that there is growing focus on quantum technology across the country. He stated that the state is being planned as a deep-tech hub. During his speech, he said, “The Modi government is implementing reforms aimed at empowering common citizens. Numerous IT companies are coming to Visakhapatnam, which is set to become a hub for the future knowledge economy and technology. Additionally, plans have been made to establish a Space City in Tirupati.”
