Bhongir MP Chamala Kiran Kumar Reddy has criticised BRS working president and Sircilla MLA K.T. Rama Rao ahead of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s scheduled visit to Sircilla. Chamala said the Chief Minister would address issues concerning the constituency and respond to the allegations raised by KTR. He also alleged that the previous BRS government had limited several development initiatives in Sircilla to announcements and foundation ceremonies. These remarks are part of the ongoing political exchange between the Congress and BRS leaders in Telangana.
Chamala highlighted welfare and development programmes that he said were being taken up by the Congress government, including farmer loan-waiver benefits, development works in Sircilla and Vemulawada, Young India residential schools and measures aimed at supporting handloom weavers. He further questioned KTR’s stand on issues including land surveys and major infrastructure projects. The Congress MP also alleged that KTR was attempting to obstruct government initiatives. These statements represent Chamala’s political allegations and have not been independently established as facts.
