

A criminal case has been registered against Sakshi TV anchor Kommineni Srinivasa Rao in connection with alleged objectionable remarks made against Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy during a television programme. The case was registered by Begum Bazar Police following a complaint lodged by TPCC State Secretary Kailash.
According to the complaint, a participant identified as Nagarjuna allegedly made objectionable remarks during the programme, and it was alleged that the anchor did not make an effort to stop or object to those comments. Based on the complaint, police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. Authorities are expected to examine the circumstances surrounding the programme and take further action as per the law.
