BRS Will Scrap ‘Future City’ if Voted Back to Power:Harish Rao!

Former Minister and BRS Legislature Party Deputy Leader Harish Rao made sensational remarks during his visit to the United States, stating that the BRS party would completely cancel the proposed “Future City” project once it returns to power in Telangana. He alleged that the Congress government is misleading people under the guise of development while converting the Pharma City project into a real estate business venture.

Harish Rao said the Union Environment Ministry had originally granted permission only for Pharma City and asserted that Parliament laws clearly state that if there is any deviation in the project, farmers’ lands must be returned. He accused the Revanth Reddy government of making contradictory claims in court and attempting to reduce Pharma City’s industrial scope while expanding commercial and real estate activities. Rao emphasized that Pharma City was launched to create lakhs of jobs and retain pharmaceutical investments in Telangana. He added that BRS would restore the original Pharma City project after coming back to power.
