Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to visit Telangana in the next 10 to 15 days, according to sources. The proposed visit is expected to coincide with key political developments, including the upcoming GHMC elections. Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy is scheduled to hold a meeting with party leaders to discuss the Prime Minister’s tour and election strategy. Meanwhile, Modi is also set to campaign in Tamil Nadu for the Assembly elections, and local BJP leaders are planning to align his Telangana visit accordingly.
As part of the visit, the Prime Minister is expected to inaugurate the AIIMS Bibinagar and launch several development projects. The BJP is also planning a massive public meeting at the Parade Grounds in Secunderabad to boost momentum ahead of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation polls. Party sources indicate that state leadership has already signaled local leaders about the visit, and an internal meeting is being held to finalize arrangements. The anticipated tour is likely to energize BJP cadres across the state.
