BJP Leader’s Controversial Remarks Against Vijay!

A complaint has been filed with the Tamil Nadu DGP against BJP state president Nainar Nagenthran over allegedly insulting and defamatory remarks against Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay and his mother. The complainant has urged the police to preserve and examine the audio and video evidence of the remarks and initiate appropriate legal action under relevant provisions. The controversy arose following comments made by Nagenthran at a BJP programme held at the party’s state headquarters in Chennai.

Nagenthran had criticised Vijay’s remarks in the Assembly, including his reference to a “Kutty Kathai”, and allegedly made personal comments while targeting the Chief Minister. Several political leaders have condemned the remarks as inappropriate and beyond the limits of political discourse. Leaders have stressed that while political differences are part of democracy, personal attacks should be avoided. The police response and further developments in the complaint are now being closely watched.
