

Narendra Modi expressed confidence that the BJP will form the government in Telangana in the coming elections. Addressing a massive public meeting, Modi recalled the BJP’s historic victory in West Bengal and said the people there defeated corruption and family politics. He stated that a similar wave of enthusiasm is now visible in Telangana as well. Greeting the gathering in Telugu, Modi thanked the people of Telangana for their affection and support, while BJP workers raised loud slogans across the venue.
The Prime Minister accused both Congress and BRS of promoting family politics and said the NDA government remains committed to Telangana’s development. Modi announced approval for the Zaheerabad Industrial Corridor and highlighted that Telangana had received one of the seven PM MITRA Textile Parks in the country. He said the Kakatiya Textile Park would create employment opportunities in the state. Modi also claimed Telangana has now become free from Naxal influence and said the BJP is moving forward with the vision of “Viksit Telangana.”
