

Bandi Sanjay Kumar, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday in a courtesy meeting. During the interaction, they discussed the recent municipal elections in Karimnagar, where the BJP secured control of the municipal corporation. Prime Minister Modi expressed his happiness over the party’s victory and appreciated the efforts taken during the campaign.
Bandi Sanjay informed the Prime Minister that the party reached out to people highlighting central funds and development initiatives. He also mentioned the “Modi Gift” program, under which free branded bicycles were distributed to Class 10 students in government schools within the Karimnagar parliamentary constituency. On behalf of the newly elected corporators and public representatives, he conveyed gratitude to the Prime Minister. Modi advised them to continue serving people diligently and ensure that central welfare schemes reach the underprivileged sections effectively.
