Bandi Bhagirath Bail Plea Hearing in High Court Today!

The bail petition filed by Bandi Bhagirath in connection with the POCSO case is scheduled to come up for hearing in the High Court today. Bhagirath has also filed a quash petition seeking dismissal of the case. According to sources, Bhagirath reportedly sent an email to the police stating that he would appear for questioning tomorrow. However, Cyberabad Police officials clarified that they had not received any such communication from him. Meanwhile, the police issued fresh notices to Bhagirath once again, and notices were also served to one of his relatives in Karimnagar. The developments have intensified the legal and political focus surrounding the case.
