Ballari Turned Into a Hub of Illegal Activities - Former Minister Gali Janardhan Reddy!

Former minister Gali Janardhan Reddy has strongly criticised Ballari MLA Nara Bharat Reddy, alleging that the once peaceful Ballari constituency has been transformed into a centre for illegal activities. He claimed that the local MLA has turned Ballari into “another Bihar,” stating that over the past 30 years the region remained calm but has now descended into lawlessness. According to Janardhan Reddy, there is no illegal activity in Ballari in which the MLA is not involved.

He further alleged that the MLA and his father, Suryanarayana Reddy, are operating in a manner reminiscent of faction-based cinema narratives. Referring to a late-night altercation, Janardhan Reddy said he would also lodge a formal complaint regarding the incident. He accused Bharat Reddy of deliberately provoking confrontation to gain nationwide attention, asserting that such actions are aimed at creating publicity rather than addressing public concerns.
